Job Description

Responsible for answering customer Non-Voice for general queries related products. To provide quality customer service & support via email to ensure that customers issues or complaints are resolved promptly. To provide, maintain a quality service to all clients. To provide quality customer assistance and support via telephone to bring resolution to escalated customer product and service issues in a friendly and efficient manner. Aptly trained and updated in industry specific technology and in clients processes, applications/ utilities, and products. Maintain high level of expertise, soft-skills, and email etiquette skills. Escalate appropriate issues to team leads. Qualification-Any Graduation * or 10+2 or 12+1Diploma This is a virtual Drive. Sunday 2nd June at 12pm to 2pm.
