Customer Service Executives

Location:

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle

    international and domestic customer interactions

    via

    voice and chat

    channels
  • Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow standard operating procedures
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics (quality, productivity, turnaround time)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:

    Any Graduate or Undergraduate

  • Experience:

    Minimum

    6 months of customer service experience

  • Communication Skills:

    • Excellent spoken and written English Mandatory

    • Hindi communication Mandatory

  • Comfortable handling

    voice and chat processes

Work Conditions

  • 6 days working

    (1 rotational week off)

  • Rotational shifts

    , including night shifts
  • Work from

    Bangalore location

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts
