The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues. Meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals. Qualifications: Minimum educational qualification: [Specify, e.g., Bachelor's degree or 12th pass]. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. The initial 3-month probation period will assess performance and suitability. Annual salary increments will be based on performance evaluations.
