Job Description

Customer Support Executive is usually the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, chat, or social media, handling questions, complaints, and basic technical or account issues.�� The goal is to resolve issues quickly, keep customers satisfied, and maintain long-term relationships with them.��Answer customer queries through calls, emails, chat, or tickets and give clear, accurate information about products, services, billing, or orders.���Troubleshoot common issues, provide step‑by‑step guidance, and escalate complex problems to senior or technical teams when needed.���Record every interaction properly in CRM or ticketing tools, including issue details, actions taken, and follow‑up required.���Collect customer feedback, track recurring problems, and share insights with teams like product, sales, or operations to improve service.���

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,864.02 - ₹28,376.66 per month
