Job Description

1) Handling schedule changes. a) Informing passengers about schedule changes made by airlines. b) Giving alternate options as per specific airline rules. c) Explaining changes & obtaining passenger confirmation to get the tickets re-issued. d) The entire process has to be completed on time, as per the rules of the specific airline. 2) Placing special service requests as per passenger requirements. 3) Arranging STPC. 4) Arranging refunds in case of schedule change/flight cancellations. 5) Getting relevant authorisations, confirmations, payments & documents to get the needful done. 6) Requesting for customer feedback online and over calls. Breaking it down and reporting weekly to the management with cause and effect mannerisms of the sales team for improvement of sales management.
