### ✅ Key Responsibilities:


* Handle inbound/outbound customer queries for Optus process.

* Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within SLA.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

* Follow compliance and process guidelines during interactions.

* Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.


### ✅ Eligibility Criteria:


* **Education:** Graduate (mandatory).

* **Experience:**

* Minimum **6 months in BPO** (International or Domestic process).

* **Graduates with 1+ years BPO experience** eligible for higher package.

* **Shifts:** Rotational shifts (including night).

* **Week Off:** 1 Rotational Off (5 days working).

* **Location Preference:** Candidates comfortable working from Thane.
