Job Description

Responsibilities Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product. Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives Preferred candidate profile Qualifications And Experience: Graduates or Undergraduates Typing speed of 30 to 40 wpm Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience of Customer Support Should have excellent command on English Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication skills • Basic computer knowledge and technical skills
