Customer Support Executive- Night shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Night Shift) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing support via calls, emails, and chat, and ensuring a smooth customer experience during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats during night shift hours.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Provide timely follow-ups and ensure issues are closed properly.
• Achieve individual targets for customer satisfaction and response time.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work night shifts comfortably.
• Prior experience in customer service or BPO/KPO will be an added advantage.
• Good listening skills, patience, and empathy in handling customer queries.
• Proficient in using computers, MS Office, and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
