Job Description

Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction. Identify customer needs and upsell products and services when appropriate. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices. Ability to handle difficult conversations and de-escalate customer issues.
