Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch support to Vivint’s international customers through both chat and voice channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and service-related queries effectively.
• Maintain professional, clear, and fluent communication at all times.
• Accurately log interactions and resolutions in system records.
• Follow operational procedures for service and escalation when required.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment and support knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience

• Good communication skills in English (speaking and writing); strong verbal fluency is essential.
• At least 6 months of experience in international process environments.
• Mandatory: Technical support (troubleshooting) experience.
• Graduate or undergraduate (both eligible).
• Customer-centric attitude and adaptability with rotational shifts.

Interview Process

Work Conditions

• 5 days working per week.
• Rotational shifts and weekly offs.
• Both side cab service for convenient commutes.
