Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Proficiency in Telugu & Kannada language along with Hindi, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
