Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls (Voice Process)
  • Make calls for verification, welcome, renewals, and retention (Banking Process)
  • Manage customer queries via chat in a professional manner (Non-Voice / Webchat Process)
  • Ensure timely resolution and maintain customer satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualification:

    Graduation mandatory for Webchat & Pattabiram Voice; Undergraduates/Graduates accepted for Ambattur Voice
  • Experience:

  • Freshers welcome (for Hindi Webchat & Pattabiram Voice)
  • Minimum 6 months experience for Ambattur Voice (Banking)
  • Minimum 1 year experience for Tamil Webchat
  • Languages Required:

  • Hindi + English + any regional language
  • Tamil + English + any regional language
  • Kannada / Malayalam / Telugu + English
