About the job: Job Role: Customer Support Executive Location: Bangalore (Work From Office) Salary: 26,000 per month Availability: immediately We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support team in Bangalore. Key responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via phone, chat, or email. 2. Escalate complex queries to relevant departments when necessary. 3. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely responses. 4. Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems. Skill Requirements: 1. Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 85%. 2. Versant Level 4 / CEFR B1 or equivalent English proficiency. 3. Successful completion of psychometric and problem-solving assessments. 4.
