Customer Support Executive - Internship

Job responsibilities:

Tracking and monitoring all incoming shipment boxes.

Diligently going over the checklist when samples arrive.

Maintaining accurate and complete records of all samples received.

Recording and managing every sample in the Laboratory Information and Management System (LIMS).

Communicating with clinicians through emails and telephonic conversations regarding samples.

Coordinating and handing over the samples for further processing to the laboratory team.

Performing calling activity for Pre-PSR (PrePatient Sample Receipt) confirmation to ensure readiness and reduce errors.

Handling discrepancy clearance by coordinating with internal teams and clinicians to resolve sample/document-related issues.

Generating daily MIS reports and other ad-hoc reports as per requirements.

Desired Experience and Expertise:

Fresher

Bachelors / Masters degree in Biotechnology.

Excellent academic track record and strong technical acumen.

Additional Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in email and telephone-based coordination.

Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

Roll-up-your-sleeves” entrepreneurial/start-up attitude.

Ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
