Job Title: Customer support executive(Male only)

Location: Coimbatore

Work Timing: 09.30AM - 06.30PM(MON-SAT)

Work Mode: Work from home

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Male candidates must be open to occasional field visits (client meetings) once or twice a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone calls or in-person communication.
• Provide accurate information and support to clients.
• Maintain records and update data using basic Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
• Perform daily documentation and typing tasks as required.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
• Typing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
