We are looking for a fresher to join our software support team. The role involves assisting clients in resolving software-related queries, providing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth usage of our solutions.
* Respond to customer queries via phone, email and chat.
* Provide basic troubleshooting and guide users through solutions.
* Escalate issues to the technical team when required.
* Assist in giving product demos to prospective or existing clients.
* Assist in onboarding and training new users on the software.
* Any graduate Freshers welcome.
* Good communication skills.
* Good computer knowledge and willingness to learn new software.
