Job Description

Handling customer concerns and complaints on time. Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience. Analyzing and reporting customer data to devise new strategies or update the existing ones. Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company. Handling all Voice and Non-Voice Processes in BPOs & Call centers. Candidate should have experience in any call centers specifically Voice process at least 1 year experience.
