The role involves resolving queries related to orders, deliveries, and returns, and writing clear, professional responses that reflect the brand’s tone. Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, chat , and phone calls Resolve issues related to delivery, returns, or product-related queries Write clear, well-structured, and polite messages and emails Speak with customers when required to ensure faster resolution Coordinate with internal teams where necessary Requirements: Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (written + spoken) Ability to draft professional emails and customer responses Previous experience in D2C or e-commerce customer support is preferred Familiarity with logistics tools like Shiprocket , Shipway , and NDR follow-up systems is a strong advantage We’re looking for someone who’s quick, clear, and dependable — someone who can take full ownership of customer queries and get things resolved without back and forth.
