Customer Support Executive (CSE)

We are looking for a motivated Client Support Executive to join our software development company. The role involves assisting clients with product usage, resolving queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls, emails, and messages.
• Provide support for software modules, dashboards, and basic troubleshooting.
• Guide walk-in clients and assist with onboarding or training.
• Log issues and maintain accurate support records using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and implementation teams for escalations.
• Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain service quality by following company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in a Computer or IT-related course

(Examples: BCA, BSc Computer Science, Diploma in Computer Engineering, DCA)

• Basic understanding of software/web applications.
• Freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years) can apply.
