About the Role:
We are hiring experienced Customer Support professionals for an International Voice process at our Pallavaram, Chennai facility. If you have a background in handling international customers, strong communication skills, and are ready to take the next step in your career with an attractive salary hike, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound/outbound international customer queries via voice calls.-Provide accurate solutions to customer issues while maintaining excellent service quality.-Manage client relationships and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction scores.
Job Requirements:
-Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.-Experience: Minimum 1 year of hard experience in Customer Support (International Voice mandatory).-Shifts: Must be comfortable working in Night Shifts.Joining: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
