Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone calls, emails, and live chat platforms.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose customer problems, provide accurate product/service information, and offer practical solutions or workarounds.
Escalation Handling: Identify complex or high-priority issues and escalate them to appropriate internal teams or senior management.
Ticket & Record Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and support tickets in the CRM system.
Follow-Ups: Reach out to customers to ensure their problems are fully resolved and gather feedback to improve service quality.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
