Position 1: Customer Support Executive – Freshers

• Experience: Freshers can apply.
• Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Salary: Up to ₹3.15 LPA.
• In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹18,500 per month.
• Process: International Voice Process.

Position 2: Customer Support Executive – Experienced

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process.
• Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Salary: Up to ₹4.25 LPA.
• Salary Hike: 30% on last drawn CTC, subject to a maximum of ₹4.25 LPA.
• Process: International Voice Process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international voice support.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
• Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns within the defined timelines.
• Follow company policies, quality standards and process guidelines.
