Job Title: Customer Support Executive Job Location: Noida Sector 62 Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide exceptional assistance to our clients . You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries related to astrology services, bookings, payments, and resolving any technical or account-related issues. Your goal is to ensure that every user has a seamless and positive experience while engaging with our platform. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives Maintain detailed records of customer interactions Process orders, forms, applications, and requests Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging issues Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good computer skills Interest candidates kindly shares their resumes on email : ( [email protected] ) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
