Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Answer customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products/services. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, etc.) for issue resolution. Maintain service quality standards and adhere to company protocols. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any stream. Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional language]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools). Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. Prior experience in a customer support role is an advantage.
