About Us:

Gurcharanam Academy is a leading institute dedicated to preparing students for NEET, JEE, and foundational courses. We are committed to providing quality education and excellent academic support. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive who can handle student queries and ensure smooth communication between students, parents, and the academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries from students and parents.
  • Provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, schedules, and admissions.
  • Maintain student records and update databases regularly.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to resolve issues.
  • Follow up with leads and assist in the admissions process.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering polite, clear, and timely responses.
  • Maintain professionalism while handling escalations or complaints.
