Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in an International process . The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills , a graduate degree , and be comfortable working in rotational shifts . Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer queries effectively. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information. Maintain professionalism while interacting with international clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service. Follow company guidelines and adhere to processes. Requirements: Graduation is mandatory. Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must. Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts . Prior experience in BPO/customer service is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
