Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Inbound Voice Process

CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000

Job Type: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduates – Freshers are eligible
  • Graduates with minimum 1 year experience (on paper)
  • Undergraduates with relevant experience
  • Candidates with V5 / V6 experience preferred
  • Good verbal communication skills required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally
  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions
  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Follow process guidelines and compliance standards
  • Update customer information and call details correctly

Shift & Working Details:

  • Rotational shifts
  • Rotational weekly offs
  • 6 days working
