Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle inbound customer calls, address their issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and quality metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil and Good English Communication.
  • Ability to work on Domestic Voice Process/Non-Voice Process/International BPO processes.
