Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Chennai. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing online support, resolving customer issues, offering technical support, and maintaining high customer service standards.
