Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive for the Hyperlocal Flipkart process in Noida, your role will involve handling 80% chat and 20% voice customer support. You will be responsible for efficiently resolving queries in both English and Hindi, while maintaining professionalism and accurate records. In this fast-paced environment, you may need to escalate issues as required. Key Responsibilities: - Handle 80% chat and 20% voice customer support - Resolve queries efficiently in English & Hindi - Maintain professionalism and accurate records - Escalate issues as needed in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate in any discipline - Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi - Assessment: Versant-4 with a minimum score of 5 - Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates In addition to the above, the company offers a salary package of 19,000 CTC / 15,000 in-hand for freshers and 23,000 CTC / 20,000 in-hand for experienced candidates.
