Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive at LONGENY, your role is crucial in providing compassionate and detail-oriented care to patients throughout their healthcare journey. You will collaborate closely with patients to ensure they receive the necessary wellness treatment and support, while working alongside a dedicated team of medical professionals to deliver the highest quality of care and ensure a positive patient experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing personalized care plans for patients - Coordinating various patient care services - Listening to clients, asking necessary questions, and developing effective strategies to improve their lives - Educating patients on procedures through phone screenings, scheduling appointments, and consultations - Enrolling patients and supporting them with the documentation process - Scheduling home visits as per the approved process flow - Documenting all patient health information accurately and in a timely manner - Coordinating specialist referral recommendations - Participating in health education for patients through counselling and group talks - Understanding and addressing patients" queries professionally via Chat, Email, and Calls - Counselling patients on various treatments, costs, diagnostics, and therapies - Following up with connected patients regularly to encourage further engagement - Collaborating with physicians to design long-term healthcare partnerships with patients - Participating in Clinic Practice Meetings and external clinic activities as needed Qualifications required: - UG: M.Sc / B.Sc in Nursing - Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in customer support or patient coordination - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to empathize with clients and help them open up - Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks - Good time management skills - Experience in developing effective treatment plans - Proficiency in Chat, Email, and computer-based customer handling programs This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus.
