We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing (Search, and Social Media) Specialist to join our team. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Search and Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve for our various clients. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments. Responsibilities: Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content. Off Page and On-Page Activities - ensure and take responsibility for all back- linking, social bookmarking, directory listing etc Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/ metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads) Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the company s marketing and online review building). Leverage the right tools to manage your content. Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns. Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing) Manage or oversee all social advertising campaigns. Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy Define most important social media KPIs Manage and oversee social media content Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams SEO monitor and user engagement and suggest content optimization Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.) Working knowledge of ad serving tools Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/07/2025 Expected Start Date: 02/08/2025
