Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Alkapuri, Vadodara
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Description: We are looking for a polite, patient, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers resolve their queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries politely and professionally
  • Take regular customer feedback
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
  • Coordinate with internal teams if needed to resolve complex issues
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Polite and gentle speaking tone
  • Ability to handle phone calls and customer interactions efficiently
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous experience in customer support (preferred, not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
