As a Customer Service Representative at Enhancor, you will play a crucial role in providing outsourced accounting, regulatory compliance, IT, and financial services to real estate and property management companies in the U.S. Our office in Pune operates 24/7 to deliver top-notch support to our esteemed clients. With a focus on multi-family operators and high-value real estate assets, you will be at the forefront of engaging with some of the largest property managers globally. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with callers in a courteous and empathetic manner, ensuring accurate information capture while adhering to client scripts, protocols, and procedures. By offering friendly, professional, and comprehensive assistance, you will contribute to enhancing our clients" customer satisfaction levels. Given the nature of our clientele, meticulous documentation and notation are essential aspects of this role. You can look forward to working in rotational shifts, providing 24-hour support 365 days a year. This flexibility enables us to offer adaptable work hours, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments effectively. Key responsibilities include working in U.S. shifts, managing message intake and dispersal, offering support via voice, chat, or calls, scheduling appointments, handling order intake, opening trouble tickets, responding to emails, monitoring system alerts, promptly addressing emergent issues, and managing complaints and escalations, among other tasks. Your role will also involve after-hours emergency call handling, requiring a proactive and solution-oriented approach. To excel in this position, we are seeking individuals with 0.6 months to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in international customer service. A pleasant demeanor, upbeat tone, typing speed exceeding 25 WPM, excellent customer service, and computer literacy skills are essential. Your ability to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and demonstrate flexibility will be highly valued. Proficiency in a Windows-based environment and availability to work on weekends are necessary requirements. Upon joining Enhancor, you will undergo comprehensive training lasting approximately one week before transitioning to your assigned schedule.
