Customer Support Engineer (CSE)

As a Customer Support Engineer (CSE) in the Technical department in Bangalore, you will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customers" equipment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of Stratasys make 3D Printing equipment - Completing scheduled Preventative Maintenance and field modifications - Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the OEM teams - Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner - Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up - Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated - Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety, and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements - Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals, and system sales - Prioritizing and managing several open issues at one time Your qualifications should include a BE/B-Tech in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma and 3 or more years of experience servicing/Operating 3D Printing Machines.
