Customer Support - Dahej

Role Overview: You will be responsible for PLC configuration and ladder logic development/maintenance as well as SCADA and HMI software development/maintenance onsite and offsite. Your role will also involve communicating with customers regarding assigned projects, installation and commissioning of MES and control systems, supporting MES software technology adoption, and conducting system study and proposal preparation activities. Key Responsibilities: - Configure PLC and develop/maintain ladder logic - Develop and maintain SCADA and HMI software both onsite and offsite - Communicate effectively with customers regarding assigned projects - Install and commission MES and control systems - Support the adoption of MES software technology - Conduct system study and prepare proposals accordingly Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of relevant work experience in PLC configuration and SCADA/HMI software development - Proficiency in MES software technology - Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively - Ability to work both onsite and offsite as required,
