Role Overview: You will be responsible for making outbound calls to engage with active and past clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, communicating product benefits, addressing inquiries, resolving customer concerns promptly, and maintaining organized client data in the system. Additionally, you will document interactions, create actionable reports, and coordinate with internal teams for lead follow-ups. Please note that the base location for this job is Ahmedabad. If you have 0-1 year of experience and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strong organizational abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail, this role could be a great fit for you.
