Job Description: As a BPO - Voice Process executive, your role involves handling incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their inquiries or concerns. Additionally, you will need to resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. It is essential to maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. Documenting customer interactions and updating relevant information in the database will also be part of your responsibilities.
