Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gandhinagar for a Customer Support Executive (Outbound)/Associate. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling outbound calls, providing technical support, addressing customer queries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role involves interacting with customers through online support channels and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. Fresher candidates are also encouraged to apply.


Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving technical issues
  • Proficiency in handling Online Support and communicating through various support channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the eCommerce industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
