WNS IS HIRING FRESHER GRADUATES FOR TRAVEL PROCESS AT THANE HIRANANDANI ESTATE.

Mega Walk in drive at WNS, 6th floor, Centaurus Building, Hiranandani Estate, Thane West on 26th Dec Friday 11am-3pm.

Designation: Customer support associate (Graduate Fresher)

Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane (Work from Office)

Experience:0-1 Year (Graduate Freshers Welcome)

Qualification: Any Graduate (Mandatory)

Transport facilities will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries related to travel services (bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, etc.)
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
Ensure high-quality customer service via voice support.
Maintain professionalism and follow process guidelines.
Meet performance and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Good listening and comprehension skills
Customer-oriented approach
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Ready for 6 days working
