We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Consultant to join our Inside Sales, E-commerce team. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients (primarily online sellers) to promote E-commerce solutions and services, understand their business needs and convert them into active clients through consultative sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with E-commerce sellers and businesses via calls, emails and virtual meetings to understand their digital needs and offer tailored solutions.● Promote E-commerce platform services and subscription based solutions.● Educate clients on the benefits of digital selling and consult them on strategies to scale their online presence.● Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs related to conversion, lead generation and revenue.● Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and client updates in the CRM system.● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, support and issue resolution.● Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities and platform updates.● Participate in training programs and team reviews to consistently enhance sales capabilities.
Key Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.● 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in E-commerce & digital marketing,● Good communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to sales.● Strong problem solving ability and client-first attitude.● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales productivity platforms.● Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Prior experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or similar platforms.● Knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems and seller enablement strategies.● Ability to handle objections and deliver value driven sales pitches.
