In the role of Customer Support Associate at Tide, you will have the opportunity to assist businesses throughout the UK on a daily basis, contributing to their growth and success. If you possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in resolving customer issues, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to providing exceptional support services round the clock. We are seeking proactive individuals who are eager to tackle challenges head-on and prioritize customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers via chat, email, and phone calls, adhering to established procedures while also contributing to process enhancements. You will be expected to deliver top-notch customer service based on predefined metrics, mentor new team members, and participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and advance your career at Tide. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-4 years of experience in customer support, demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, and be proficient in handling customer queries across various channels. Strong organizational skills, proactive decision-making abilities, and a background in customer service are highly valued. Familiarity with industry tools like Kustomer, GSuite, and Jira, as well as excellent written and spoken English skills, is essential for success in this position.
