Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the Malayalam Voice Process in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, addressing queries, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication in Malayalam.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Communicate fluently with customers in Malayalam.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
• Follow company policies, call-handling procedures, and quality standards.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned department when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in spoken Malayalam is mandatory.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Tamil communication skills will be an added advantage.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
