Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the Customer Support Associate position. Both freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply. Good communication skills are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Assist customers with their queries and concerns.
Provide accurate information and timely support.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Ensure a positive customer experience.

Skills Required:

Good verbal communication skills.
Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
Confidence in handling customer calls.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
