Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and customer-friendly individual to assist customers throughout the book creation process, manage orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
• Book Creation Assistance: Guide customers through uploading photos, selecting templates, and creating their books.
• Canva & Design Assistance: Use Canva to assist with basic design requirements, photo layouts, and book customisation wherever needed.
• Order Management: Track orders and keep customers updated on their status
• Customer Follow-ups: Follow up on pending photos, customer approvals, and incomplete orders.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a positive experience from order placement to delivery.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva and an understanding of basic design and layouts.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic computer tools.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• A proactive, patient, and customer-first attitude.

Experience

Freshers with good Canva skills and communication abilities are welcome. Prior experience in customer support, e-commerce, or order management is an added advantage.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
