Customer Support Associate Sales

Key Responsibilities: - Handle international inbound and outbound calls effectively - Promote products and services to customers to drive sales - Achieve assigned sales targets within specified timelines - Maintain high-quality customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction - Record and update customer information accurately for future reference - Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines to adhere to company policies Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum qualification required is 12th pass - Age limit for applicants is up to 35 years - Must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in international voice process for Telemarketing - Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory - Willingness to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment is essential Salary & Benefits: - Salary offered is up to 45,000 CTC (Inclusive of PF) with a base of 30,000 CTC (Inclusive of PF) - Both-side cab facility will be provided for commuting convenience - Travel allowance available if transport is not availed Additional Details: The company provides health insurance and Provident Fund benefits to its employees. The work schedule includes day shift and rotational shifts. There is a provision for performance bonuses based on achievements.
