Job Description

You are responsible for handling international inbound and outbound calls as well as promoting products and services to customers. Achieving assigned sales targets and maintaining high-quality customer service standards are key aspects of this role. It is essential to accurately record and update customer information, follow call scripts, and adhere to compliance guidelines. To be eligible for this position, you need to have a minimum qualification of 12th pass, be aged up to 35 years, and possess at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an international voice process for Telemarketing. Excellent communication skills in English, a willingness to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are also required. The salary for this position ranges up to 45,000 CTC, inclusive of PF, with both-side cab facility provided and travel allowance available if transportation is not availed. This is a full-time job with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund, along with day and rotational shifts. Candidates must have experience in international voice processes for at least 1 year, particularly in US sales, possess proficiency in English, and preferably in Hindi as well. The job is based in Gurugram, Haryana, and requires in-person work.,
