Job Description

Job Title: US ISP Voice – Technical Support

Location: Work From Office

Shift: US Night Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs

Salary (Slab 2 – Technical Customer Service):

₹24,760 (Net Take-Home)

Performance Incentives: ₹0 – ₹2,676 (Pacman)

Daily Travel Allowance: ₹100

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service (Voice Process preferred)

Additional Requirements:

Must be flexible to work in rotational US night shifts

Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

Ability to handle technical support queries related to internet and connectivity issues

Role Overview:

The Technical Support Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls for a leading US Internet Service Provider. The role involves resolving customer technical issues, providing product support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
