We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for our Domestic Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls/messages and resolve queries.
  • Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Log customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow up on customer issues where necessary.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets assigned by the team lead.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Fresher/experienced candidates can apply.
  • Should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
