Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

A Customer Support Associate in the real estate industry is responsible for connecting with potential and existing clients to promote real estate projects, generate qualified leads, and convert inquiries into property site visits. The role involves proactive communication, understanding client requirements, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to active and potential clients to provide property details and promote available projects.
• Convince clients to schedule property site visits and ensure appointments are properly coordinated.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the organization.
• Maintain and update customer data in Excel or CRM, including contact details, lead status, and follow-up information.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
• Stay informed about current real estate market trends, project updates, and competitor activities to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Coordinate with the on-ground sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Requirements:

• Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati are a must.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel or CRM software.
• Positive attitude, customer-oriented approach, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good problem-solving and listening skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
